Very Good
Blu filtered shower heads in the room , beautiful room, smart lighting automatically switches on dimly when you get up at night to see where you’re going without lighting up the whole room, comfortable bed, very clean, attentive staff, well maintained and serviced pool and beach areas.
Aether bar is very smoky not pleasant to sit in due to the smoke smell. For room bookings including 3 hours free flow drinks included, this is at a set time only, 4pm-7pm.

Amazing staff, so friendly, helpful and accommodating!
Our room smelled of smoke - everything was clean, but from the moment you walk into the room, its smells like old smoke/nicotine. I called reception to ask for a non-smoking room, and they ensured me that all their rooms are non-smoking. Other than that, everything was good.

What was the highlight of W Dubai - The Palm
A short but worthwhile stay. Will definitely be back.
Everything from the infrastructure, design, food, facilities and amazing staff. My only issue was very subjective and an honest personal opinion, which is the pool area/areas. I’m more into bigger more spacious and deeper pools rather than a bunch of shallow-ish ones with lots of sun beds and whatnot and one wet deck pool which I preferred rather to the other area.
I might’ve rushed and mentioned the pool part above. Anywho, it’s also kind of far away and needs better rainy days maintenance and adaptability.
